How to do a scorpion


  • scro.jpegShould have shoulder flexibility, back flexibility and leg flexibility
  • shoulder stretches : One shoulder across another,windmill, arm behind your back
  • Back stretches : Seal stretch, Bridge
  • leg stretches : Splits, My normal routine
  • Try to go against a wall
  • put your leg behind  your back
  • Should have a scorpion
  • stand against the wall and do the splits
