- Should have a solid cartwheel
- Bring your feet together in the middle of a cartwheel
- push your arms through your shoulder so you snap down [ try handstand hops]

How to do an illusion

- left foot forward
- Extend forward
- As you reach forward your back leg will come up & and your arm(s) will go forward
- Then your hand will touch the ground and put the back leg really fast over your head
- Keep looking @ the ground
- when you put your leg over you put one of your hands with it ( your right hand!)
How to do a front walkover
Do a normal split routine- Do a backbend and other back stretches
- kick ( put leg in front of you]
- Then go into the {lunge} and (make a T) handstand position you should also be in the splits [legs like the splits in the handstand]
- should land in the bridge with the good leg up
- {Kick lung and make a T}
- Otherwise if you did not get that take a look at the picture
How to do a chest stand
hands in the back of you 
Start out with stretching (seal stretch and backbend)
- Hands back
- Arch your back
- get momentum and go forward
- legs straight or arched
- [don’t just fall in the chest stand without your hands back (may hurt your Back)]
